I have battled with weight loss and tried many different diets and exercise fads over the past thirty years. I am a mum of two who has dedicated my life to others, leaving little time for myself. Now is the time that I have chosen to focus on my health so that I can be around to enjoy my grand-children and a long life with my husband.
Faced with medical and hormone issues I decided to seriously start my fat loss journey. I spent time with a nutritionist, chef, exercise sports trainer and supportive family and friends who continue to encourage me.
I wanted to create a friendly and easy to read site that offers practical tips for losing belly fat. I did consult with my doctor before starting and encourage you to do the same.
So far, I am half way to my goal and loving life!
