Exercise to Reduce Tummy Fat

Start small but START!

Walk, jog or cycle around the block or through the park. Find an all year swimming pool! Decide on three days a week when you can do this and stick to it. Find an exercise buddy who is on a similar weight loss journey to yours.  

Time yourself and record it. This will show improvement and give you a boost.

Remember to use the stairs instead of the lift – get out of the lift one or two floors early and have a go! Catch the bus or taxi one stop or block earlier or later than you normally would.

Park the car at the edge of the carpark and walk.

Cut down on the times you have goods home delivered and go collect them yourself (especially if it is food!)
